Regulatory/Clinical Affairs Manager

Renee has an educational background in nursing, law, and public health. She works to address our network compliance with various regulatory, ethical, and National Institutes of Health requirements. Renee enjoys travel and meeting people. Her main interest in the HIV Vaccine Trials Network is in helping staff at clinical trial sites better understand the regulatory environment, including problem solving with sites on how to meet the requirements in their unique settings. As a consultant in the past, Renee has written health legislation for some of the smallest countries in the world—from Tuvalu to Tonga. Renee has two small boys, whom she calls her "greatest teachers." Oh...and she professes her love for SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
