Vaccination Requirements

We require all in-person attendees/delegates to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. Please visit this CDC link for vaccine requirements.

 

Travel

The HVTN Conference will take place at the Grand Hyatt Seattle in Seattle Washington. If your travel is funded by HVTN Core or Lab, the travel team needs your assistance to submit your request as soon as possible using this link.
Please note: all Travel Requests must be submitted no later than 9/16.

Breakout Meeting Request

please complete the Breakout Meeting Request Form so your meeting can be scheduled. The requests will be processed in the order they are received. 
Please note: the deadine for submitting your Breakout Request is September 20th. 


Interpretation Services

Interpretation services will be offered in-person for all Plenaries and Community Sessions in Spanish and Portuguese only. Virtual attendes will find interpretation for Spanish, Portuguese, Thai, Polish, and Italian.
